Parkway's own John Wells, talented voice of WCGW and WJMM,
received Fan Award nominations for DJ of the Year from both
the Singing News and the Southern Gospel Music Association.

Falling temperatures and promised precipitation did little
to dampen the enthusiasm of those participating in the downtown 2002
Christmas parade.
